About Us
Alchemy Electronic Arts is a production company that specialises in creating stunning and original content for music, film, TV, and online platforms. Founded in London in the mid-80s as Rare Earth, the company moved to Ireland in the early 90s and rebranded as Alchemy Electronic Arts, reflecting its passion for transforming sound and vision into art.
Alchemy Electronic Arts has worked with some of the biggest names in the television and cultural world. The company has also produced award-winning documentaries, such as The Butter Road (the most watched Irish TV doc with 670,000 viewers), The Celtic Songlines with Dónal Lunny, and the award-winning The Man Who Shot Beckett (premier show for RTÉ's Beckett 100 season). Alchemy has not shied away from experimenting with new and innovative formats, such as interactive web series, immersive VR experiences, and live streaming events.
Alchemy Electronic Arts is not just a production company, it is a community of artists, storytellers, and visionaries who share a common vision: to create amazing and memorable content that connects with audiences around the world.
